For your convenience, registration will be available at www.acrt-sctsmeeting.org. Participants can register online on our website or by downloading the online registration form and faxing the form with credit card information to ACRT Attention Tracy Steadman (919)787-4916 or by mail to: ACRT Attention Tracy Steadman 1500 Sunday Drive, Ste 102 Raleigh, NC 27607. No registrations will be accepted via telephone.
Payment:

Acceptable forms of payment include: checks made payable to the Association for Clinical Research Training (ACRT) (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars), VISA and MasterCard. Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment.
Cancellation/Refunds:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@acrtraining.org by March 22, 2010. Cancellations made on or before March 22, 2010 will be eligible for a refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 22, 2010. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
