Cancellation/Refunds
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@acrtraining.org by March 22nd, 2010. Cancellations made on or before March 22nd, 2010 will be eligible for a refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 22nd, 2010. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

Payment
Acceptable forms of payment include: checks made payable to the Association for Clinical Research Training (ACRT)  (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars), VISA and MasterCard. Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment.

Visa Applicants
All visa applicants are advised to apply for their visa as soon as travel to the United States is contemplated, and no later than three months in advance.

Photograph Permission
By registering for the 2010 Clinical and Translational Research and Education Meeting, individuals grant ACRT and SCTS permission to use any photographs taken.

Americans with Disabilities Act
ACRT and SCTS only use facilities that comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance while attending the meeting, please check the Special Needs box on the registration form and we will contact you. ACRT and SCTS must have notice by March 12th, 2010 to accommodate your request.
